Displacements from 320 to 6.000 Nl/min with a max vacuum of 50 MbarAbs.
Avaiblable with or without compressed air feed electrovalve, enabling quicker sucked pieces ejection with sucking body self cleaning.
Useful also in printing industry application as vacuum/pressure pump it requires no maintenance

VACUUM CONVEYOR FOR POWDER AND GRAIN

GEV conveyor model TM sono impiegati nei processi di trasporto delle polveri in vuoto.
il principio di fuzionamento è quello di trasferire polveri o granuli sotto vuoto da un serbatoio ad un altro.
Trovano applicazione nei reparti produttivi per carico di miscelatori, mulini, macchine a letto fluido, ecciccatori, bin, dosatori; nel confezionamento per carico di opercolatrici, comprimitrici, imbustatrici.
Il vuoto viene creato attraverso un generatore di vuoto tipo venturi, alimentato ad aria compressa, con bassi consumi, di portate e caratteristiche differenti a seconda del prodotto da trasportare.
Il grado di vuoto del venturi permette un trasporto a bassa velocità in fase densa che rende costante il trasferimento delle polveri ed evita turbolenze o shock del prodotto.
La depressione nel conveyor permette di aspirare il prodotto; un filtro autopulente separa l'aria dalla polvere, che precipita per forza gravità, per forza centrifuga, per contro pressione.
